Our wines

My affection to this arid, rocky piece of earth, where draught prevails more than elsewhere, encouraged me to preserve some antique vineyards, planted with Carignan (1905 and 1910), Alicante (1927), Picpoul noir (1910) and Aramon (1930), as well as a Picpoul blanc from 1910.
In the 1980s, I started growing grape varieties recommended by the Minervois farmers union: Cinsault, Grenache noir, Syrah and Mourvèdre for the red varieties, and Vermentino, Muscat petits grains as well as Grenache blanc and gris to make white wines.

Since 2000, longing for originality and freedom, I am experimenting with grape varieties from highly renowned wine regions of both France and abroad: Pinot noir from Burgundy, Nebbiolo from Barolo and Touriga nacional from the Dao and Douro regions in Portugal.

Tradition Rosé 2018

Short skin maceration (saignée) made of Cinsault and Syrah. A rosé with a fruity nose of freshly crushed raspberries and strawberries, a pleasant, medium-bodied and fresh palate and a nice aromatic complexity. A wine for your aperitif, barbeque and summer meals.

Partouse Rosé 2018

It was one of you, passing by the winery last summer, who nourished the idea in me to name this new Rosé wine. It’s the first harvest of this vineyard planted with old grape varieties of the Languedoc in 2011. This is an assembly of “commoners” - Aramon, Picquepoul, Morrastel and Rivairenc - accompanied by the so-called “noble” grape varieties Cinsault and Grenache. From this blend, this assembly, this gathering, this mix ... of all these varieties, a wine with an evocative name was born...

Tradition Rouge 2018

Carignan, Grenache Noir, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Cinsault, handpicked into small cases, fermented and ripened in tanks. A complex nose of red and black fruit and many spices. Smooth and full-bodied, the perfect wine for meals you share with friends and family, from start to finish.

Les Mal Aimés 2018

Alicante, Aramon, Piquepoul Noir, Morrastel, Rivairenc and Carignan. An original wine with red fruits, herbs and spicy notes, sweet freshness on the palate and a silky finish. To drink on cold cuts, appetizers ... or even, served at 13 ° C, on oily fish cooked with a red wine sauce.

Le Barthas 2018

The sweetness and sensuality of Syrah and the precise and mineral acidity of Mourvèdre give beautiful aromatic complexity to this wine. The quality of fine and mature tannins create a delicate and exuberant bouquet at a time. To serve between 14 and 16 degrees, ideal on a grilled lamb or even a bouillabaisse ...

Vieilles Vignes 2018

This century-old Carignan gives the best of itself after a short period of oak ageing. Deep colour, mineral character, a lot of finesse, intensity, smooth tannins, complexity and scents of “garrigue”. To savour on tasteful dishes, stews, roasts and hard cheese such as Cantal.

Les Costes 2017 - red wine

On these steep slopes, cultivated in terraces facing north, hand-harvested Syrah and Grenache give, after ageing in barrels, an intense and complex wine : Delicate, floral, full of freshness and minerality. Perfect for years of cellaring.

Les Rocs 2018

A fine blend of world-renowned grape varieties, Nebbiolo, Touriga Nacional and Grenache noir, growing on a slab of impenetrable hard sandstone. This great and unique wine will seduce you with its freshness, its elegance, its silky tannins ... and its beautiful length. To enjoy now or to keep for a few years in your cellar.

Le Clos 2017

Surrounded by scrubland, olive trees, truffle oaks, almond trees and umbrella pines, this heavenly place gives birth to an incredible Syrah. Hand picked at very low yields, aged for 18 months in rigorously selected barrels, this wine shows amazing power, a full body, purity and incredible elegance. Pure pleasure !

Les Aspres 2017

A pure Syrah, aged for 18 months in rigorously selected barrels. Smoke, spices, black olives, black fruit, truffle and cocoa, the nose fascinates. Fleshy, concentrated, with finely carved tannins and nice grip, its taste impresses by volume, structure and the body of its spicy and vanilla fruit that still bears the imprint of oak wood. To age for years, certainly, but devilishly attractive now.

Les Costes 2019 - white wine

Growing on a terroir exposed to the north, this blend of Vermentino, Grenache blanc and Muscat petits grains offers a beautiful pale colour with shiny green highlights, a spicy mineral nose, as well as a nicely balanced taste. A powerful, bold and floral wine carried by straight freshness and liveliness. To taste on seafood, grilled fish ... or some sheep cheese.
