The 2014 Gigondas Aux Lieux Dits (75% Grenache, 13% Mourvèdre and the balance Syrah and Cinsault) is a terrific wine in the vintage. It reveals a healthy ruby/purple color as well as medium-bodied richness, solid mid-palate depth, ripe tannin, classic notes of spiced red and black fruits and Provencal garrigue. It should drink beautifully through 2024.
